A Little Taste & A Pro-Tip

Some of the meals in the plans call for a simple, homemade Honey Mustard Dressing. It’s so good you’ll want to put it on everything, so I’m sharing the recipe right here!

StreetSmart's Fall Honey Mustard Dressing

This recipe yields 1/2 cup dressing.

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 clove of Garlic (minced)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk the mustard, honey (or maple syrup), and vinegar until smooth.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oil to form a creamy emulsion. Alternatively, use an immersion blender. Gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a sealable jar. Enjoy! Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.

Psst... for my fellow sous vide-foodies: You can prep your proteins and even some root vegetables like carrots or potatoes in advance, making assembly during the week a total breeze.
